Wailea Point

Nexus Creative designed a total re-envisioning of a 2,500 square foot condominium on Wailea Point, Maui for a longtime client who recently purchased the property. The interiors were completely demolished with project design parameters capturing previous outdoor terrace ‘lanai’ space as new indoor space while creating a new loft space within an expansive but previously unused ceiling volume.

Spectacular views and volumetric opportunities anchored design compass points to creatively and effectively reimagine its use. The entire interior volume will be opened to expose modern drama allowing large expanses of indoor space becoming outdoor space via openable glass wall panels. The design amplifies the sense of space within the existing plan footprint providing agile modern living space supporting a range of modern family gatherings in paradise.
