Town of New Castle

The New Castle Outreach initiative in May 2024 involved 9 months of gathering community feedback on 23 acres of town-owned land. In partnership with the Pace Land Use Law Center, the Nexus team created a branded platform for residents to express their needs and suggestions for improvement.

New Castle's visioning process uncovered strong community interest in innovative development for the 23-acre site near the Chappaqua Train Station. Residents identified key assets, challenges, and potential strategies, offering valuable insights for the town's future planning. These findings ensure that community voices will be central to shaping the next steps.
